Kambo F. Mwangi, Esq. is based in Boston. Mr. Mwangi has extensive experience in the areas of business law and family law. He represents businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals. In his business law practice, attorney Mwangi's areas of expertise include business formation and start-up funding, venture capital and intellectual property matters. Mr. Mwangi has considerable experience providing advice to entrepreneurs doing business over the internet including online retailers, affiliate marketers, domainers, hosting companies, site developers and others. His family law practice focuses primarily on the preparation of prenuptial agreements and divorce law. Unlike most other lawyers, Mr. Mwangi is both a litigator and a counsellor.

Mr. Mwangi is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law and Boston College. Upon graduation, he was associated with the law firm of Goodwin Procter in Boston, Massachusetts for four years. He then worked in the New York City office of Willkie, Farr & Gallagher for two years. Mr. Mwangi is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

J Ryan Smith, Esq. Mr. Smith is based in New York City. His practice focuses entirely on transactional work in the entertainment industry, and more particularly, on the film, television, publishing, music, and sports industries. Mr. Smith was hired directly out of law school as Director of Administration and Counsel for the National Football League's Jacksonville Jaguars. He then entered private practice, first practicing corporate law at one of the top twenty law firms in the country as ranked by revenue by the American Lawyer, then specializing more specifically in entertainment law at one of New York City's largest and most respected entertainment law firms.

During his career, Mr. Smith has represented well-known production and distribution companies, as well as top producers, directors, writers, and performers. Mr. Smith is also an accomplished public speaker in the area of entertainment law, having participated as a panelist and moderator on a wide range of entertainment industry panels. Mr. Smith is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law and Syracuse University. He is admitted to the bar in New York and Florida.

Sanon Lezeau, CPA. Previously employed by Arthur Andersen LLP and Fortune 500 companies, Sanon has an extensive background in financial management, tax, audit and small business consulting. During his career, Sanon has been called upon to consult with clients on business & control solutions, cost reductions programs, tax and accounting matters, implementation of ERP software, and day-to-day business operational issues.

Sanon earned an accounting degree from Boston College in 1992. He became a CPA in Massachusetts in 1995 and earned his MBA from Boston University in 1999. He is currently also licensed as a CPA in Florida. Sanon Lezeau is prepared to deal with the tax, accounting and day-to-day operational issues faced by individual and small businesses.
